As of 2011, the number of Cup chapters in the East has been consolidated from five to three.
Mid-Atlantic Chapter + Northeast Chapter = North Chapter
Southeast Chapter + SunCoast Chapter = South Chapter
The Canada Chapter will continue to operate as-is.

Drivers in good standing and active in the Chapter, who have raced at least haIf the available races during a championship season, are eligible for championships, trophies and any applicable prizes.
